The Huber Funds commenced operations on June 29, 2007 with the introduction of two institutional share class mutual funds, the Huber Capital Equity Income Fund and Huber Capital Small Cap Value Fund. The Huber Capital Equity Income Fund (symbol HULIX) is a mutual fund that seeks long-term total investment return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in large capitalization U.S. companies whose stocks are considered by the Huber Capital Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) to be undervalued.
The Huber Capital Small Cap Value Fund (symbol HUSIX) is a mutual fund that seeks long-term total investment return through capital appreciation. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of small capitalization U.S. companies whose stocks are considered by the Adviser to be undervalued.
The Huber Funds were created to bring our investment philosophy and process to the marketplace.
